How Much Do 3D Services Cost?
Every project is unique and requires different skills, complexity, and time. We base our pricing on industry-standard 3D artist rates but also consider your budget to find the best solution.
We also offer discounts for bulk orders and long-term collaborations, ensuring the best value for clients who need ongoing work.
You can book a free call with us or contact us via email, and we’ll provide a custom quote that fits your needs!
What should I send you for an accurate price estimate?
To provide an accurate quote, it helps if you can share as much detail as possible about your project. Here’s what would be most useful:
Your idea – A brief description of what you need (3D model, animation, rendering, etc.).
Rough budget – If you have a budget in mind, it helps us find the best solution within your range.
Deadlines – Let us know if there’s a specific timeline or urgent delivery needed.
References – Any example images, videos, or links that show what style or quality you’re aiming for.
Other details – Anything else you think might be important, such as file format requirements or intended use (website, ads, etc.).
The more details you provide, the better we can estimate pricing and timeline. Feel free to book a free call or send us an email so we can discuss your project!
What Do I Get as a Final Output?
The final deliverables depend on your project type, but we provide a variety of formats to suit your needs:
Images & Renders – High-quality PNG, JPG, TIFF, or EXR files.
Videos & Animations – MP4, MOV, or image sequences for smooth playback.
3D Models – FBX, OBJ, STL, or custom formats for your pipeline.
Interactive Web 3D – HTML code from Spline 3D, ready to embed on your website.
Working Files – If you want to tweak the project yourself, we can also provide native working files upon request.
If you have specific format requirements, just let us know, and we’ll make sure the files are delivered exactly as you need them!
Do You Offer Revisions?
We always provide regular updates throughout the project so you can give feedback and ensure everything is on track. Our goal is to work until you are completely satisfied with the final result. However, if revisions go beyond the agreed scope of work, additional costs may apply. We’ll always communicate clearly to keep everything within your expectations!
Who Owns the Rights to the Final Project?
Once the project is completed and delivered, all rights belong to you, and you can use the final work however you like. However, we’d love to showcase our work in our portfolio, website, or social media. If you’d rather we not use it for promotional purposes, just let us know, and we’ll respect your request!
Do I Need to Sign a Contract Before We Start?
We like to trust our clients and prefer not to sign unnecessary contracts. However, if you’d feel more comfortable with one, we’re happy to provide an agreement outlining everything we’ve discussed.
For larger projects, we may require a 25% downpayment to ensure commitment and prevent cancellations. This helps keep the project on track and ensures both sides are aligned from the start.
Here is where you can check our contract example.
