Each project is unique and defined by a mutual agreement between us and the client before work begins.

Revisions

Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if:
- The project was paid upfront, and
- Work has not yet started, and
- The Client cancels the project voluntarily before any work begins.
No refunds will be issued once work has started.
If the Service Provider completes the work as agreed in the Scope of Work, the Client is not entitled to a refund, even if the Client is unsatisfied with the final result, as long as the agreed-upon deliverables have been fulfilled.
Deadlines
The Service Provider agrees to respect the deadline specified by the Client, if any, and will work diligently to complete the project on time.
However, the Client acknowledges that unexpected delays (technical issues, illness, force majeure, etc.) may occur. In such cases, the Service Provider will notify the Client as early as possible.
These delays do not entitle the Client to legal action or compensation unless a separate written agreement has been signed regarding penalty terms.
Scope Changes and Impact on Timeline
Any major change requests made by the Client after the project has started may result in additional costs and adjustments to the timeline.
The Service Provider will assess the requested changes and provide an updated quote and/or deadline before proceeding with any extra work.

Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
If the project was prepaid and only partially completed, a fair partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the Service Provider.
Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute or misunderstanding peacefully and in good faith. If no agreement can be reached, the matter will be settled in the competent court in Niš, Serbia.
